What counts as a message?
A message is one question from a visitor. The chatbot's replies don't count, and neither does the work it does behind the scenes. Only your visitors' messages count toward your monthly limit.
How does ChatXBot learn about my business?
Just add your website. ChatXBot reads your pages and keeps up automatically as you add or change content, so there is no manual training or copy-pasting.
Will it make things up?
ChatXBot answers from your own website content and can link visitors to the page it used, so they can read more. And if a question needs a person, you can step into the chat at any time.
Can I use it on a non-WordPress site?
Yes. ChatXBot works on any website: you just paste one short snippet. On WordPress it is even easier with our plugin, which also picks up new posts the moment you publish them.
Can I remove the ChatXBot branding?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans let you hide the "Powered by ChatXBot" badge. Enterprise also lets you fully white-label the dashboard on your own domain.
Do you charge for AI usage?
No. You connect your own OpenAI or Google Gemini account and pay the AI provider directly at their normal price. We never add a markup.
